The Zonta Club of Prince William County is an officially chartered club of Zonta International. Zonta members work for the advancement of women through local and international service projects. These projects address a wide range of issues all considered basic human rights for women's development:
- women's economic self-sufficiency
- legislative equality
- access to education and training
- health, nutrition and family planning
Membership in Zonta is by invitation and is limited within classifications in order to maintain diversification among the businesses and professionals represented.
Becoming a member of Zonta unites these executives in the pursuit of a common goal - to advance the status of women - giving them the collective strength to help individual women the world over reach their potential.
